I am a Gold Travel Counsellor specialising in all aspects of Corporate Travel, based in Westport, Co Mayo, Ireland.

Over 28 years, I have built up a wealth of knowledge, experience and most of all an enthusiasm and passion for the Travel Business having successfully run my own travel business for 16 Yrs.

The most important thing I have learnt, is to look after the client, be readily available, and listen to the client’s needs. Being a Travel Counsellor allows me to take this personal service to the next level.

I am dedicated to helping my clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - a service which is not readily available by booking directly online. There is no extra cost for out of office hours, and no call centres, just a personal dedicated service from myself and access to all of my knowledge and experience.

It was a real pleasure doing business with Travel Counsellor Emer McDermott. I had a very poor experience trying to book a ticket directly with an airline in the past when their payment system failed. Although I have for years been a frequent long haul flyer with this airline I found them very unsympathetic to my predicament when left without a ticket because of a problem with their system. When I contacted Emer she quickly presented alternative options for me and booking with her reminded me what a great time saver it can be booking with a good travel agent.
